description
Created by Swaine Adeney Brigg, this handsome walking stick brings to mind sophistication and luxury. The handle is formed of beautifully patterned tortoiseshell mounted by fine 18K gold. Crowning the handle is a signet carved of amethyst with the image of a crown above the word "VIOLET". Swaine Adeney Brigg began has been creating fine gentlemen’s goods for over 250 years. The firm gained its first Royal Warrant during the reign of King George III, an honor they still hold today. The firm attracted world-wide attention at the 1851 London Crystal Palace Exhibition and later at the Paris Exhibition Universelle in 1900, winning multiple awards at both events. Today, items created by Swaine Adeney Brigg are the choice of royals, dignitaries and celebrities. In fact, the brown leather fedora worn by fictional adventurer Indiana Jones was made especially by Swaine Adeney Brigg for the movie.
