    description
This 19th-century American land certificate bears the signature of President John Quincy Adams. The certificate was issued to Moses Ayers for a 75-acre tract of land in the town of Zanesville, located in Muskingum County, Ohio. The document, dated April 1, 1826, is both printed and hand written on vellum, with the paper seal of the United States still intact. Such unique and original documents, signed by the President himself, are true national treasures.
