Founded by Mr. Ulysse Nardin in the Swiss town of Le Locle in 1846, Ulysse Nardin has continuously stood at the forefront of watch design and innovative horological engineering. The company initially gained recognition through its strong ties to the nautical world: its marine chronometers are among the most reliable ever made and are still sought by collectors around the world. A pioneer of cutting-edge technologies and the innovative use of materials like silicium, the brand is one of the few with the in-house expertise to produce its high-precision components and movements.
This outstanding craftsmanship has earned Ulysse Nardin a coveted position within the most exclusive circle of Swiss watchmaking, the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie. Since 2014, Ulysses Nardin has been a member of the global luxury group Kering. Today, operating from its sites in Le Locle and La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, the brand's relentless pursuit of horological excellence revolves around five distinct collections: The Marine, the Diver, the Classic, the Executive and the Freak.
