A fine Victorian rosewood tilt-top table. This exceptional table displays a remarkable, skillfully matched grain as its primary decoration, whereas most tilt-tops of this era feature painted or inlaid surfaces. A quadrupled floral and foliate pedestal provides a sturdy base as a solid brass mechanism releases the top into its display position. All surfaces feature their original finish.
