A rare Tiffany favrile glass vase of superb elegant line and proportion. Resembling a blooming flower with delicate leaf accents adorning the bowl, this vase represents the height of Tiffany's achievement. These flower forms were among the most highly prized items in Tiffany's catalogue. An almost identical vase is pictured in Martin Eidelberg's Tiffany Favrile Glass and the Quest of Beauty on page 44.
Engraved "7100 E L.C. Tiffany-Favrile" on the base. Retains its original Tiffany paper seal on the pontil.
