This beautiful sterling silver Tiffany and Co. tazza is crafted in the widely-admired Chrysanthemum pattern. Chased decorations of the pattern's namesake flower are skillfully applied to the tazzas' scalloped edges. This extraordinary motif is echoed on the shallow dishes' wide baluster stems and feet. Created in 1880 by Charles T. Grosjean, one of Tiffany's most influential silversmiths, the Chrysanthemum pattern is one of the company's most intricate and costly designs to create. Especially popular with Victorian brides, this classic pattern remains one of Tiffany's most sought-after patterns.
