An exceptional 208-piece Tiffany & Co. antique sterling flatware service for 12 in the highly desirable Chrysanthemum pattern, nestled in its mahogany chest. Introduced in 1880, the Chrysanthemum pattern is considered among Tiffany's most beautiful and luxurious designs. The brainchild of renowned designer Charles T. Grosjean, the motif incorporates traditional baroque shapes with a modern, natural motif. Chrysanthemum quickly became the most highly prized and luxurious of all Tiffany patterns, and a particular favorite among new brides, even though it was one of the most expensive to produce. To find a set in such complete, pristine condition is truly exceptional.
