Graceful grasses play along the surface of this lovely glass cameo vase by Thomas Webb and Sons. The skillful etched and overlaid decoration, set against the vibrant lemon yellow hue of the translucent glass background, displays the exceptional artistry for which this firm is so widely recognized. Perhaps the most prominent among all of the highly regarded glassmakers of Stourbridge, England, Webb was especially known for their incredible colored glass and cameo pieces.

Bears a molded seal inscribed THOMAS WEBB & SONS CAMEO/GEM.
