This New York jewelry icon was known for its imaginative and trendsetting designs which often incorporated gifts from the sea such as vivid corals and softly hued shells. Dubbed "America's court jeweler" in the 1950s by a writer from the Washington Post, Seaman Schepps counted among its clients the Roosevelts, the Rockefellers, the DuPonts, and the British Royal Family.
