A stunning geometric pietre dure pattern distinguishes this diminutive Scottish sewing necessaire. The segments of beautiful hard stones perfectly complement the engraved silver gilt body, making it more an objet d'art than simply a sewing case. Inside, gilded instruments including a tape measure, thimble, pin cushion, scissors, and even a threader are nestled inside the red velvet fitted interior. A work of art inside and out, this exquisite necessaire is a wonderful collector's piece.
