In this rare and intriguing erotic bronze sculpture by Franz Bergmann, three sleeping sheep lie atop a decorated plinth. However, with the release of a metal pin, this innocent tableau flips to reveal a nude couple. Franz Bergmann was renowned for his imaginative erotic figures, which were of the highest detail and almost always exquisitely colored. To find one in such excellent condition, with moving parts, is quite exceptional.
