An excellent Quezal art glass tulip lamp shade, adorned with a gold iridescent pulled feather decoration against a creamy white background. A delicately scalloped rim completes this fresh design. "Pulled feathers" were a common motif in the exterior decoration of Quezal art glass. Its brilliant iridescence, which was infused on both the interior and exterior of the glass, and its myriad colors of the rainbow mirrored the elaborate feathers and colors of the quetzal bird after which it was named.
