This rare and large stainless steel open-faced Patek Philippe watch was retailed by Serpico Y Laino, Caracas and is marked "1948 REF 738 MVT 882319" and the Case is marked "508034." The watch features nickel lever movement, 18 jewels, a silvered dial, Arabic numerals, an outer minute ring, subsidiary seconds, and a case with stepped bezel case movement. The piece is signed by the maker and the dial signed by the maker and retailer.
