This petite and versatile ladies lapel watch by the famed Detouche of Paris is fashioned of elegantly engraved 18K yellow gold with a porcelain dial. The movement, bearing the mark of the Swiss firm of Le Coultre, is in beautiful condition. The watch can be worn either attached or separate from the elegant, 14K gold pin. Both of these illustrious companies are known as leaders in the making of important timepieces of the highest caliber. Detouche, in particular, was a regular exhibitor at the prestigious international exhibitions, including the Great Exhibition of London in 1852. Circa 1880 2 3/8" length
