A majestic American bald eagle prepares to strike in this monumental porcelain sculpture by Boehm. Exceptionally detailed from the individual feathers of the wings to the sharp talons, this limited edition sculpture was modeled by master sculptor Pierre C. Lefebvre, stands over three feet tall and deftly captures all the grace and power of this iconic bird with tremendous skill and artistry. Crafted by highly skilled artisans in the same Trenton, New Jersey studio in which the company was founded, Boehm sculptures are world-renowned for their incredible attention to detail, and those of such remarkable size and quality as this are especially desirable. The Victoria and Albert Museum in London acquired the first figure in this limited run.

Called "the finest American porcelain art sculptures," Boehm porcelain is today collected by the world's most discerning collectors. Founded by sculptor Edward and wife Helen Boehm in 1950, the company has created exceptional porcelain pieces that reflect the wonders of nature, explore religious themes, and express proud patriotism for almost 60 years.
