An absolutely stunning French doré bronze and marble garniture, the lyre clock with a pendulum ring of brilliant rhinestones and enamel dial surmounted with a glorious sunburst. The clock is signed by noted clockmaker Jean Bouchet of Paris. A similar garniture can be found in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Circa 1870.
