This very rare and extensive 50-piece stemware service is a work of masterful French cut crystal artistry. Comprising five types of glasses, 10 each for water, white wine, sherry, cordials, and liqueurs, this set exhibits a sharp and intricate hand-cut pattern known only to fine French crystal. The 19th century was a "golden age" for French glassmaking, and the crystal created during this time is considered among the finest in the world.
