This beautiful wine cooler/cache pot from the Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Manufactory was created in the legendary Flora Danica pattern, and is adorned with a elegant rendering of Gratiola officinalis L., also known as the Hedge Hyssop, a perennial herb native to Europe. Splendid details, from the intricate motif and applied blooms, to the gilt-accented rim and the flower's hand-lettered Latin name on the reverse, distinguish this exceptional plate.
Flora Danica is regarded as one of the most prestigious and stunning patterns ever created, and has been synonymous with royalty and prestige for over two centuries.
