A lovely American Brilliant Period cut glass tray by the O.F. Egginton Co. in the Trellis pattern. Egginton was founded in 1899 by former Hawkes glass artisan Oliver Egginton. The pattern was patented in 1908. Excellent condition, circa 1910.

A similar piece is pictured on page 243 in Rarities in American Cut Glass by Herbert Wiener and Freda Lipkowitz.
