This magnificent carving trolley with duck press was crafted by acclaimed Belgian craftsman Bruno Wiskemann. This extraordinary silvered bronze trolley is the most complete and complex ever created, boasting nine food storage compartments, as well as two hot plates and warming surface, all set upon a very rare silver-over-bronze base. Completing this impressively equipped piece is a duck press, which is locked onto the serving surface. The inclusion of the duck press suggests that this exceptional carving trolley was crafted for only the most exquisite dining presentation. As beautifully designed as it is functional, this trolley is a true work of art. To find such a piece in complete, impeccable condition is quite remarkable.
