Senior Sales Representative

If you are professional, motivated, polished and desire to make a six figure income, then you may be the right person for this position. We are searching for someone who is courteous, assertive and ambitious...a knowledge of fine art and antiques is certainly helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate. 

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in a luxury line and be comfortable selling directly to high net worth individuals. 

Must possess the following skills and attributes:

  • —Self confidence and enthusiasm
  • —Strong work ethic and discipline 
  • —The ability to create, initiate and follow through on leads
  • —Skills in dealing with and closing high dollar sales with high net worth individuals
  • —Intelligence, creativity and the ability to make polished presentations
  • —An appreciation for luxury goods and the ability to speak —intelligently and effectively about a varied and diverse group of products
  • —The ability to articulate ideas and develop trust with customers, management and fellow employees

The requirements of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • —Working as a team with management and co-workers to achieve personal and company goals
  • —Achieving and exceeding annual sales volume objectives
  • —Creating, building and maintaining an active client list consistent with our prime demographic
  • —Being professional, open, approachable and knowledgeable to clients and staff
  • —Being enthusiastic, optimistic and motivated on a daily basis
  • —Able to initiate and close sales in a timely, effective fashion
  • —Willing to incur limited travel to meet with customers and prospects

Compensation is earned through a combination of commissions (draws are available) and a generous annual bonus plan.  We provide excellent benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions and vacation/sick leave.
