A magnificent pair of Royal Vienna porcelain urns, depicting scenes from classical mythology, literature and the arts, is set upon handsome matching bases. Framed in elegant cartouches, the exquisite hand-painted scenes are surrounded by luminous gold designs set against the deep blue background. With dramatically scrolled handles and tilted spouts, these urns are excellent examples of Royal Vienna artistry. The titles of each scene are also carefully painted on the underside of each urn and base.
