An exquisite Moser bud vase adorned with fine hand-painted enamel oak leaves and applied gilt acorns. One of Moser’s classic signatures, an ornamental beetle, appears on one side, adding to the fascinating jeweled effect of the piece. Ludwig Moser began producing artistic glass during the late 19th century and became a master of combining technical elegance and creative design. His company grew to be Central Europe’s premier glasshouse, winning him many accolades and regal clients, including King Edward VII and the Shah of Persia.
