A fine English longcase, or grandfather, clock of expertly carved mahogany. The clock, which chimes on nine tubular bells, is equipped with a substantial three-train movement with dead beat escapement for accurate time keeping. Chimes on eight bells on the quarter hour and nine bells on the hour. Excellent condition. Circa 1895.
